PAGE 15 – CuisineEquip web version

CuisinEquip will be championing air fry technology on Stand CD211 at the Casual Dining show over the next two days, while Valentine points the way to reduced oil consumption on Stand CD320 at the event.

Lightfry features air fry technology that uses a combination of steam, hot air and rotation to achieve the same great taste and texture as traditionally fried foods without using any oil in the cooking process.

A capacity of up to 32kg per hour and a unique design with an optional extractor hood ensures the unit is ideal for use in high-footfall restaurants and those without dedicated extraction and ventilation systems. Removing the need to purchase and dispose of oil and with optimised technology, Lightfry uses up to 50% less power than traditional methods.
