Food & beverage technology company Kitchen CUT has announced Dancing Moose as the latest in a rapid influx of new clients.
The restaurant chain, a multi-site operation with sites that are characterised by “a chilled vibe, quirky décor, imaginative cocktails and fantastic food,” joins a growing list of firms using the Kitchen CUT system.
Speaking of the collaboration, Dancing Moose Operations Director, Carl Hadfield said: “The implementation of Kitchen CUT at Dancing Moose will significantly increase the quality of our service.
“At the touch of a button, our customers will have access to full allergen information on all of our food and beverage menu items through Kitchen CUT and our Front-of-House tablets, allowing them to feel confident in making their personal food choices.
Having the ability to link this information directly to our website will also allow our customers to make these choices from the comfort of their own home before visiting us.”
He added: “We understand the challenges faced by customers with allergies; Kitchen CUT will give Dancing Moose customers confidence in our offer, which in turn will result in a great experience.
“We have therefore put allergen management at the top of our agenda to ensure everyone can enjoy great food and great liquor with great people to guarantee a great time.”
