Ex-Lincat export expert shifts across to Adande


Adande Refrigeration has announced the appointment of Martin Dronkers to the company’s international sales team from 19 November.

The appointment will allow Adande Refrigeration to grow its business in Europe and the Middle East.

Dronkers is a respected and experienced sales executive in the foodservice equipment sector and brings extensive experience and knowledge of the European and Middle East markets.

His most recent position was as export manager for catering equipment manufacturer Lincat, now owned by the Middleby Corporation.

Dronkers’ wealth of knowledge and expertise in supporting regional distribution partners in both regions, and his broad understanding of the foodservice environment through his time at Lincat will help Adande continue to grow its presence in global markets.

Adande has production facilities in the UK and India and its products are produced and sold under licence in the US. Overall sales have grown tenfold in the past six years.

Dronkers will be based in the UK and will help support partners within Europe and the Middle East.

He will work with existing partners, introduce new ones in territories not yet covered by Adande and also support the introduction of this technology to many active kitchen designers and to multinational operators in the hospitality sector.

“Adande’s technology is definitely the future of refrigeration and one l want to be involved in,” said Dronkers who will be working closely with Paul Harper, international sales director of Adande Refrigeration.

“These are exciting times for Adande and we are delighted that Martin will be joining the team, supporting our strategy for fast international growth,” said Harper. “This is another important step in the development of the Adande business.”
