ReadyFlex hot-holding units

Holding unit manufacturer Duke Manufacturing is set to launch Readyflex holding units in the UK market.

The units are designed to offer operators many advantages, all of which have been carefully designed to make their working lives all the more easier.

This includes the ability to accommodate multiple pan configurations, multiple heat zones per shelf and built-in connectivity.

The units can seamlessly interact with third-party cloud and on-site solutions, all via Duke’s connected equipment platform (DCEP) and Bluetooth capabilities.

This allows for remote recipe management, which is perfect for customers who operate multiple sites. In the meantime, the touchscreen has been enhanced to become more intuitive.

The new product launch coincides with a period of sustained growth for the American-based manufacturer, including new partnerships with Victor Manufacturing and Commercial Catering Products (CCP).

Victor acts as its distributor in the UK and provides seamless purchase experience for Duke products with no friction importing from the US or EU. CCP serves as Duke’s sales representation alongside Victor.

Duke will launch the new holding units at Commercial Kitchen next week.

Vice-president Paul Stephens said: “We have been looking forward to this event since it was announced. The excitement of being able to meet face-to-face with existing and potential customers is coupled with the knowledge that our new units will enhance our clients’ working experiences and, in doing so, further strengthen our global reputation as the market leader in holding units.”

Duke Manufacturing will share its stand with combi oven maker Retigo. Both have their have European offices in the Czech Republic.
