From the chief executives and managing directors that are steering their ships to success to the food development directors and executive chefs working tirelessly to create compelling menus and winning kitchen templates, the 2017 Power List shines a light on those that are inspiring their businesses to new heights.

Selecting just 40 individuals and companies is never an easy task but we based our choices around the nominations we received from the market, input from suppliers and editorial coverage within FEJ and on, paying attention to examples of innovation and growth.

While there were dozens of worthy candidates deserved of inclusion in this list, we hope you agree that those who did make it into this year’s pages are true flag-bearers for the foodservice industry.
