A central London food hall that is due to be opened by JKS Restaurants this November will feature no fewer than eight new kitchens and a counter dining experience, the company has revealed.
Arcade Food Hall will be based at Centre Point on Tottenham Court Road. In addition to the kitchens it will host an independent restaurant on the mezzanine level and a standalone bar and outdoor dining.
Significantly, it will be the first venue to showcase JKS Restaurants’ philosophy of creating multiple unique brands and championing emerging food and drink talent under one roof.
Cuisines will travel around the world exploring regional Thai curries, Indonesian street food, North Indian fast food, Spanish tapas, Middle Eastern shawarma, Japanese sushi, and American-style burgers.
Arcade Food Hall will showcase a new style in service experience where all food and drink can be ordered direct to guests’ tables from the different Arcade kitchens.
This service will also be replicated into a unique digital food hall, where customers can choose dishes from the different Arcade kitchens to collect in one order.
Jyotin Sethi from JKS Restaurants said: “We’ve always had the aspiration to create a venue that hosts a breadth of creative new brands as well as fostering up and coming talent within the hospitality industry. Arcade is the perfect space for us to do this, both with the physical site and through London’s first digital food hall.”
JKS Restaurants was founded by the Sethi family 13 years ago. The group encompasses the award-winning restaurants, delivery and retail brands created by the Sethis and those they partner and invest in.
Karam Sethi is responsible for food, creation of concepts and scouting new talent for the group, Sunaina is group operations director and Jyotin is the group’s CEO overseeing all aspects of JKS Restaurants.
