An enhanced catering offer is planned for this year’s EquipHotel show, which kicks off in Paris on Sunday week.
The exhibition, which brings together 1,600 brands and more than 100,000 professionals, has a long tradition of highlighting the latest innovations to the hotel and restaurant industry.
This year’s event will feature a ‘Catering Hub’, which combines gastronomy with the snacking and bar industries. The exhibition area has been designed by expert interior architects Marc Hertrich and Nicolas Adnet to provide a setting where professionals can meet and exchange ideas.
The area will encompass all solutions for food and beverage preparation and service in a variety of contexts, in order to best reflect the trends currently sweeping the restaurant business.
Top chefs are lined up to cook at the show each day and demonstrate specialist ways of preparing food.
Catering equipment exhibitors lined up for the event include Comenda, Mibrasa, Eurocave, Metos, Nuova Simonelli, Smeg, Adventys, Hobart, Winterhalter, Rational, Unox, Nespresso, Tournus and WMF.
The show takes place at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles from 11-15 November.
