Falcon Foodservice Equipment has appointed Paul Bayer to the position of national sales manager.

“I’m delighted to have Paul in the role of national sales manager, where he will be of great help to our area sales managers,” said Lawrence Hughes, sales and marketing director at Falcon.

“He’s well-known in the industry and has great experience across all sectors and distribution channels. On top of the support and focus he’ll be providing to the ASMs, he’ll also continue to be responsible for our Lainox combi ovens sales activity across the UK.”

Mr Bayer has seen Falcon grow into one of the largest suppliers of cooking equipment in the UK during his two decades with the business, and he said he was looking forward to taking on extra responsibility.

“I’ve been a member of Falcon’s sales team for almost 20 years and understand what help and assistance is required to do the job.  I hope to be able to make my team’s life easier and help them develop their skills and sales areas for the benefit of all,” he commented.
