Falcon Foodservice Equipment has announced that it plans to use The Restaurant Show 2019 to debut its new compact oven, the Oracle.
The Lainox-manufactured product is described by the company as “a super-fast compact oven” that “combines the power of microwave, convection and impingement to deliver superb toasting and browning in a fraction of the time of a standard oven.”
Due to its compact design, the Oracle is suitable for small kitchens and front of house cooking, and can be placed virtually anywhere thanks to its onboard ventless technology.
It also delivers results in very quick time – with the ability to cook a 30cm pizza in 65 seconds or salmon with ratatouille in just two minutes, and is therefore suitable for busy service times.
The Oracle is controlled through a seven-inch touchscreen, which uses a customisable, image-based menu that is simple to use, helping to eliminate issues caused by language barriers. Cleaning is quick and easy, thanks to the interior’s non-stick coating.
Falcon will also launch a number of brand new, sector-leading cookline appliances at the show, with the products currently in the final stages of development at the manufacturer’s Stirling headquarters.
The Restaurant Show 2019 takes place from September 30 – October 2 at Olympia London.
