The winners of the 2019 FEJ Awards were announced last night following a gala dinner and awards ceremony in Birmingham.
200 senior executives filled the Westminster Suite of the Hilton Metropole to celebrate innovation within the industry from a kitchen and back-of-house perspective.
Executive chefs and food development heads from restaurant chains, pub groups, contract caterers and multi-site foodservice operators were out in force at the event, along with the industry’s leading suppliers, project houses and service providers.
The FEJ Awards was founded to honour the operators involved in creating winning kitchen templates and menu development strategies on a multi-site basis – as well as the manufacturers and project specialists that make this possible by providing superior catering equipment and support.
