The winner of the Multi-Site Kitchen Project House of the Year is Lloyd Catering Equipment.
Standalone items of equipment need to be knitted together with the perfect design to deliver a winning kitchen and that’s the job of a professional kitchen house or distributor.
This accolade applies to those companies that are working with multi-site users to deliver full kitchen projects encompassing everything from design and specification to installation and commissioning.
Around 85% of Lloyd clients are restaurant groups, working nationwide from its head office where it has invested significantly in its storage facilities and transport fleet to meet the demands of multi-site operators.
The company has also refitted its on-site development kitchen with state-of-the-art energy and water monitoring meters, allowing it to carry out more in-depth research on energy efficiency as well as performance of equipment to add even more value to customers.
Key projects include a pizza roll-out for a UK pub chain, which started with a comprehensive survey of its kitchen areas and ended with a pizza station consisting of a press, ovens, refrigeration and fabrication being installed at each site.
