The Supplier of the Year for Service & Support is Unox.
This accolade acknowledges that selling a piece of equipment is only the first part of a supplier’s relationship with its customers, which is why so many operators place huge value on the support that a brand can offer them. Areas such as warranty provision, after-sales service, spare parts and customer assistance are all key components.
Having moved to a state-of-the-art HQ and Experience Centre this year, Unox has taken its service offering to a new level. The site is fitted with the latest connected technology, allowing the service team to efficiently support customers to get the most from their equipment.
A regional service team leader and two service experience coordinators have joined the business, ensuring end-users can quickly access support when they require it.
By expanding the team and installing the latest technology and monitoring systems, Unox has been able to maintain zero call waiting and a high response rate, even during the busiest periods. It has also created a series of ‘Service Labs’ at the new HQ where it can test equipment, diagnose and fix issues with units, and build bespoke equipment solutions.
