Foodservice Equipment Journal is excited to announce the return of Kitchen Excellence Week – its week-long celebration of best practice and exciting developments in vital areas of commercial kitchens.
Using FEJ’s digital news platform and its extensive reach to more than 50,000 monthly users, we will once again be delivering a dedicated stream of informative content for foodservice operators of all sizes.
Over a period of five days, from 28 June – 2 July, FEJ’s daily news alerts will provide a focused and editorially-driven collection of online content that informs and educates operators on the latest products, newest technologies and fastest-growing trends.
With the industry back open again and operators facing new challenges, the content will explore different areas of a commercial kitchen, providing kitchen managers and equipment buyers with highly valuable and focused content to support them in the decisions they make.
This includes cooking platforms, refrigeration, warewashing, kitchen management and sustainability.
FEJ is delighted to be partnering with a number of leading industry brands to bring exclusive interviews and thought leadership pieces during the week, including Rational, Meiko, Foster Refrigerator and Mechline.
Each will be sharing their own insight to the trends shaping the product areas they specialise in and outlining how advances in new technology can support the changing needs of the industry.
Additionally, all of the content generated during ‘Kitchen Excellence Week’ will be compiled into a standalone digital report and made available to foodservice operators for free.
