A popular Birmingham restaurant, The Fleet Street Kitchen, is expanding down the road a bit to leafy Leamington Spa.
The original restaurant in Birmingham’s Fleet Street, in the famous Jewellery Quarter, is also spawning another opening in Mere Green, also in the West Midlands.
Opening dates have still to be confirmed by owner Town & Country Inns.
Operations director Mark Jones earlier this year told the Birmingham Chronicle the company was planning on six new opening for the brand.
Cuisine is based around an open-kitchen featuring a wood-fired grill, the charcoa.
The menu features a range of meat and fish dishes; customers can choose their own cut of a range of 28–38-day hung sides of beef, all sourced from operators’ family farm in Thirsk.
