Flexeserve strengthens spare parts availability for customers

Flexeserve has appointed First Choice Group as its dedicated partner for spare parts fulfilment in the UK and selected overseas markets.

The move will ensure that customers can get hold of spare parts for its range of hot-holding equipment in a fast and efficient way.

Warwick Wakefield, customer experience director at Flexeserve, said: “As we continue to build our brand and develop our after-sales support in the global marketplace, it’s important for our customer support team to focus on proactive analysis and a more strategic approach to supporting our development team on technical performance. Our manufacturing and despatch teams will also be able to dedicate their time and resources to our ever-increasing Flexeserve sales around the world.

First Choice has more than 20 years’ experience in the spares field and ranks as the UK’s largest provider of OEM commercial catering equipment spares.

Steven McLaren, head of manufacturer partnerships at First Choice Group, said the company would be able to offer Flexeserve customers the efficiency and availability of OEM parts stock they require.

“Similarly, Flexeserve will see a significant investment in UK stockholding, together with award-winning customer service. They will also be able to take full advantage of our infrastructure, built solely around the supply of genuine OEM parts.”

In addition to next-day delivery as standard, First Choice offers UK customers a range of timed services as well as specialised solutions – such as ByBox, PUDO (PickUp DropOff), in-boot service – the ability to deliver straight into the back of an engineer’s van – and, of course, click & collect from their dedicated trade counter.

Flexeserve said this will also support Flexeserve’s international distributor partners with more cost-effective same-day shipping services.
