Foodservice equipment firms set to flock to Casual Dining next month

Casual Dining

The Casual Dining trade event for the UK’s casual dining sector has released its exhibitor list for next month including a juicy list of foodservice equipment firms.

Returning to the Business Design Centre in London on 22-23 February, visiting buyers will be among the first to see a host of new products, catering equipment and services from 200 leading suppliers.

Among the highlights is Ascentia FSE, which is showcasing its F1 High speed oven.  It can produce a fresh dough stone-baked pizza in as little as 90 seconds.  It requires no extraction, has a small footprint and will operate on just a 13 amp plug, with no microwaves.
