Cock ‘N’ Bull

The former managing directors of Chiquito and Frankie & Benny’s are planning to roll out a new restaurant venture they’ve created across the Midlands and North West.

Jason Green, who ran Chiquito, and David Salmon, who operated Frankie & Benny’s, have just opened their second branch of Cock ‘N’ Bull in Sutton Coldfield.

They acquired the former So Aromatic business in Sutton Coldfield having had success with their debut site in nearby Stourbridge.

The pair have aspirations to expand the concept to multiple locations.

Andrew Whelan of property specialist Fleurets brokered the transaction and he commented: “It has been a delight to be a part of Jason and David’s, as well as Cock ‘N’ Bull’s, next step of the journey. Cock ‘N’ Bull is an incredibly exciting and design-led concept with terrific potential for expansion and I am very much assisting with further sites.”

Using locally sourced produce, Cock ‘N’ Bull serves ‘Filthy Burgers’ and ‘Kick Ass Chicken’, alongside a wide-ranging drinks offer.
