Synergy Grill Technology has appointed James Dudzinski as regional sales manager for the Midlands, North UK and Ireland.
Mr Dudzinski joins Synergy with 26 years’ experience in the catering industry, including three years as executive sous chef at Selfridges and four years as executive chef at SSP UK, where he later moved to the firm’s head office to undertake the position of catering efficiencies manager for a further four years.
He said: “My role is to make caterers aware of Synergy’s superb range of products and accessories through live cooking demonstrations across the Midlands, North UK and Ireland. I’ll be working alongside our dealer network and other affiliated manufacturers to provide specific operational support and insight on how to get the most out of our grills depending on operator needs.”
