Foster Refrigerator has re-launched its customer-facing website to provide partners with a portal of information to assist and inform end-user customers.
The new site has been developed to offer dealers a user-friendly platform where information is readily available and easily accessible.
The website has been designed to have a much fresher look and feel which makes navigating through it much easier. The main feature is dynamic search functionalities which use smart search to create a journey for the customer to find a specific model.
The dynamic search allows customers to browse using a selection of search criteria including product category, temperature and size in order to filter through products.
The new website contains a far greater level of product detail, including dynamic specification sheets and Ecodesign information, to allow potential and existing customers to access a whole range of product-specific and industry focused information as and when they need it.
Kirsty Macleod, digital marketing executive, said: “The digital marketplace is growing and as market leader we needed to reflect this with a great online ‘shop window’. Our new website doesn’t have any exclusive ‘dealer areas’. This means the site is more accessible for new customers and end users to browse and research the perfect product to suit their own unique kitchen, direct from the supplier.”
