French manufacturer de Buyer has launched its first three-layer stainless steel cookware range, Alchimy, which is designed to be both durable and precisely control the cooking temperature.
The product range features 18/10 stainless steel on the inside, aluminium in the centre and induction stainless steel on the outside for a hyper-reactive result, which should ensure a rapid rise in temperature and the instant stop of cooking when removed from the heat source.
The tube riveted handles are permanently fixed, watertight and cold so there should be limited risks of burning.
The range has 18 product references including saucepans, frypans, straight and rounded saute pans, a wok, stewpans, a steamcooker and lids.
Alchimy is manufactured in France and is suitable for use on all heat sources including induction.
Cookware and utensils brand de Buyer has a rich history in the market, with company CEO Guilhem Pinault outlining the culture of the brand in a past interview with FEJ.
De Buyer is represented by Signature FSE in the UK market.
