Frima’s UK sales activities are to be integrated into parent Rational’s organisation from the beginning of next month, the company has confirmed.
The move is designed to aid quicker penetration into the market, to offer existing customers more comprehensive after-sales services and local partners better support, according to Rational.
Sales staff from both firms will have joint access to local Rational support functions, such as application consulting, technical service and customer service.
For customers and partners, there will be local points of contact for both segments of the Rational group without any change to the market presence.
