Gordon Ramsay names location of first Bread Street Kitchen outside the capital

Gordon Ramsay is set to take his modern European restaurant concept Bread Street Kitchen & Bar to Liverpool.

The TV chef has signed a deal for a 6,000 square foot space at shopping and leisure destination Liverpool ONE.

It will be the first time that Mr Ramsay has opened a Bread Street Kitchen & Bar outside of London.

The restaurant will host up to 195 internal covers across its two floors with additional al fresco dining and an extensive bar area.

The menu will feature all the classic Bread Street Kitchen dishes ranging from Mr Ramsay’s signature beef wellington to butter chicken curry and the Hell’s kitchen burger, ensuring customers can experience a wide variety of British and international  cuisines.

LiverpoolONE continues to increase its F&B offer, with Bread Street  Kitchen joining other recent additions at the venue including south east Asian bar and brasserie Mamasan, independent Asian street food restaurant Maggie Fu and independent coffee brand Bean Coffee.

Research shows that approximately a quarter of all visitors dine when they visit, up 6% on the comparative period in 2019.
