Deep Blue Restaurants, the owner of Harry Ramsden’s, has appointed Andy Hulbert as vice president of international and commercial.
In his newly-created role, he will focus on growing franchising and licensing opportunities domestically and internationally.
Mr Hulbert most recently served as director at the RUNO Group, where he secured high-profile clients including PAUL Dupris, The Massage Company and CUPP Bubble Tea.

Harry Ramsden’s has been serving up its world famous fish and chips since 1928 and operates a string of stores around the UK, including a 420-cover restaurant in Bournemouth.
Deep Blue moves to acquire Harry Ramsden’s estate in ‘key development’ for business
