Hobart is bolstering its Ecomax range of warewash and cooking equipment by adding a new generation of rack machines that benefit from key advancements, including lower than ever energy and water consumption and improved racks-per-hour.
The high capacity, German-made C815 is available in two models, C815A and C815EA, with the latter boasting a pre-wash function.
There are also optional dryer (ED) and heat recovery (EC12) modules available, helping to further increase the energy savings.
The new models represent the Ecomax philosophy of putting ease of use, ease of cleaning, low operational costs, build quality and reliability front and centre.
The latest systems feature an Ecotronic control panel, which helps operators view all hygiene parameters, and make adjustments at the touch of a button.
An automatic drain function is also accessed via the panel, eliminating the need for operators to touch dirty wash water when draining the machine.
Tim Bender, sales director at Hobart Equipment Division, said: “This new generation machine has been created – as with every Ecomax model in the range – with simplicity, high performance and value for money in mind. It combines each of these to create a fantastically well-built, well-engineered option for end-users.”
