Hobart Service today announced a fixed price offer for new customers as it looks to support hospitality businesses with their reopening.
The initiative starts from £279 plus VAT and covers the call-out fee, labour, OEM parts, and a six-month repair guarantee.
It is available to any business that does not currently have a service contract with the firm.
Hobart Service employs more than 100 catering technicians nationwide and offers a money back guarantee if it is unable to fix a machine.
Keith Mackie, managing director of Hobart Service, said: “As businesses return back to their premises after long lockdowns and periods of machines being unused, we’ve seen an increase in support and repair enquiries from businesses who are not in service maintenance contracts with us.”
He added: “We recognise this has been a considerably financially challenging time for all businesses, especially those in hospitality and retail, and want to offer fixed price repairs to help support their reopening. Throughout this year Hobart Service has maintained and exceeded our SLAs for our customers who benefit from our service and maintenance agreements, and we’ve identified a need to extend this support to the industry with this offer.”
Hobart Service has endeavoured to strengthen the level of support it offers the industry over the past 12 months.
It has provided open access to its library of operational guides, created a suite of support shut-down and restart documents and released a series of updated FAQs and step-by-step guides to assist kitchen equipment restarts after long periods of inactivity.
