Heartfield Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) has announced the appointment of two new staff to manage its growing customer base and portfolio of project work following the successful launch of its new Kitchen Ventilation Division 18 months ago.

Rose Lazell will join HVAC in a project administration and sales support role and Jim Dixon will join as senior design and project manager. Both customer support positions will play a key part in maintaining the businesses high standards of customer service.

Lazell moved from Britannia Kitchen Ventilation to HVAC in January this year, bringing years of industry experience to the role and a fresh approach to the internal support services.

Speaking on the new appointments, Ian Levin, HVAC’s general manager of Kitchen Ventilation says: “I am so pleased to welcome Rose & Jim to HVAC. I have had the great pleasure of working closely with them both for many years and I know that we will create a formidable team capable of the very best response to customer needs and a project support service that will be second to none.

“This goes hand-in-hand with HVAC ethos of putting customers first, through our unique ISO quality, environmental & OHSAS Health & Safety accreditations. To the best of my knowledge, no other company in Kitchen Ventilation enjoys all three of these qualifications”.

The timing of these appointments coincides with HVAC’s launch of three new product ranges: Zephyr Canopies, ServiClad services distribution units and WallClad splash-back systems, leading the way on quality and value for money.
