A special ‘Titans of Industry’ panel is planned for the event at the Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel, with Ricca Consultancy executive principal Kathleen Seelye, Hilton procurement head Andy Earley and Middleby group managing director, Najib Maalouf set to share their thoughts on the market.
After each has made their arguments, delegates will get the chance to quiz them under the perceptive direction of Simon Jack, who is conference chair for 2019.
