The traditional Japanese Robatayaki grill is a multi-tier open charcoal grill equipped with accessories to perform a range of cooking techniques using grills, teppanyaki hot plates or skewers.

Robata grilling lends itself to an array of foods from meat, fish, seafood and vegetables, imparting light smoky aromas and delicious flavours.

The SE model has an incorporated elevating system, designed and patented by Mibrasa, which enables height adjustment between the grill and hot coals to give the chef greater control and allows them to cook more efficiently.

The Mibrasa Hibachi grill showcases Hibachi, a Japanese cooking style in which ingredients are prepared on a small portable grill. Available in three sizes, this portable mini grill can transform a meal into an interactive culinary experience.

The Mibrasa Parrilla grill features an extensive cooking surface and state-of-the-art elevating system suspended over the open fire for maximum versatility. The elevating system allows chefs to control the grill over the fire to vary cooking techniques and obtain the optimal result.

The latest addition to the Mibrasa Parrilla open grill range is the new Fire Series – which combines charcoal and firewood cooking to create the ultimate live fire grilling appliance.
