The CHC series offers chefs the flexibility of operating temperature from +30°C to +160°C with six automatic cooking categories including a holding function after cooking.
Through an easy to use 4.3” LCD touch screen electronic panel, chefs can manage up to nine cooking stages for each program.
The precision control offered by the Moduline CHC series includes a multipoint core probe which enables up to 30 different core temperatures to be registered at the end of the process and saved in the HACCP report.
