Innovative chef tools take the guesswork out of kitchen compliance

LazaPort Mono 1

HRC at London’s ExCeL on 21-23 March will see Klipspringer showcasing two of its most popular innovations, the Food Oil Monitor and the LazaPort Mono.

Klipspringer’s Food Oil Monitor has seen both casual dining and fast food outlets reduce oil usage by up to 52%, resulting in significant cost savings while also providing a safer and less subjective method of determining when cooking oil requires changing.

Likewise, the recently-launched LazaPort Mono gained a gold award in September at the Commercial Kitchen Show’s Innovation Challenge, largely due to the huge amounts of time and guesswork it removes from the thermometer checking process – an important yet generally time-consuming and ambiguous task for commercial kitchens.
