Customers can choose from gas and electric models, with the 70-litre and 100-litre pans available with motorised and manual tilt facilities. Lec Commercial has introduced two new appliances designed to expand on its essenChill range. The gastronorm-compatible, 600-litre freestanding refrigerator and freezer models have been developed in response to the popularity of Lec’s existing 200-litre undercounter and 400-litre freestanding models. A combination unit offering a fryer, griddle and bain marie all in one convenient run has been launched by Parry. The brushed stainless steel unit, 1000mm long X 400mm deep and 300mm high, combines an Alpha electric fryer and an Alpha electric griddle, side by side with a bain marie that holds 2 x 1/3 Gastronorm containers.
