Eight heavy-duty bratt pans have been added to the Q90 range of modular commercial catering equipment from the Middleby Group. Customers can choose from gas and electric models, with the 70-litre and 100-litre pans available with motorised and manual tilt facilities.

The brushed stainless steel unit, 1000mm long X 400mm deep and 300mm high, combines an Alpha electric fryer and an Alpha electric griddle, side by side with a bain marie that holds 2 x 1/3 Gastronorm containers.
