Jestic Foodservice Solutions has added high speed ovens to its portfolio after signing a deal to become the UK master distributor for the XpressChef range.

The high speed ovens from ACP Inc – which also makes the Amana and Menumaster brands – are used by QSR operations around the world to deliver high quality food at rapid speed.

They are available in a variety of footprints, capacities and cooking technologies to suit the different kitchen requirements of operators.

Steve Morris, sales director at Jestic Foodservice Solutions, said: “All three variants, the 2C, 3i and the 4i have the proven power and performance to rapidly cook a wide variety of menu items to a consistently high standard.

“Efficiency and speed are complemented by ease of use with simplified menu management and controls which can be used by staff of any skill level to give foodservice operators a competitive advantage.”

The compact XpressChef 2C (above) combines a powerful 2700 watt convection oven and a 1400 or 1900 watt microwave to produce high quality baked goods fast.

It is suited for both front- and back-of-house environments, saving valuable counter space but still capable of cooking a 12-inch pizza.

It features a user-friendly lift and pull handle and a full colour, multilingual LCD HD display. Ventless models with catalytic converters are also available.

The XpressChef 3i (below), meanwhile, is available with 4000 or 5000 watts of power, and uses a combination of impingement, convection and microwave to make cooking on demand quick and easy.

The 3i also benefits from a number of safety features including the cleverly engineered gasket-less inner door, which drops well below the cooking surface for the safe removal of food from the cavity.

The 4i (below), with its the generous 38 litre cavity makes high volume, speed cooking easy – harnessing impingement, convection, infra-red radiant and microwave cooking technologies to give operators a superbly fast, powerful and flexible cooking solution.

It features a fully customisable HD Touchscreen and incorporates a HD image-based menu to eliminate any language and literacy barriers.

The 4i is also easy to clean thanks to a host of features including pre-installed non-stick oven liners, two cleanable air filters with a ‘clean filter’ reminder and a gasket-free door seal.
