Jestic’s mix of market-leading brands unleash new kitchen innovations

Jestic Foodservice Equipment’s team will be out in force at HOST, with many of the brands that it exclusively distributes in the UK using the show as a platform to make significant announcements.  

Fryer maker Henny Penny will be presenting its world-class range of open fryers, pressure fryers and holding cabinets, including the Evolution Elite open fryer which uses 40% less oil than traditional open fryers (Pavilion 2, Stand H16 L15).

There will also be another chance to preview the revolutionary F5 series – designed with the very latest innovative, connected technology to deliver outstanding results. Henny Penny representatives will be on hand to explain the training and technical support which is available through distributors like Jestic.

In addition to showcasing its widest ever range of award-winning charcoal ovens, Josper plans to unveil a new brand identity this week (Pavilion 2, StandF22 H15).

Product highlights of the stand will include the latest HJA range which promises enhanced features and additional end-user benefits, including faster cooking times and a cooler working environment. Having led the charcoal oven market for more than 50 years, Josper ovens are widely specified within the industry due to the unrivalled flavour, moisture and texture they bring to a full range of menu items.

Over at Irinox, Milan-bound operators will be able to taste for themselves how its advanced technology can improve food preparation processes and increase product shelf-life – helping to reduce costs and waste and maximise profits. (Pavilion 5, Stand D17 E20).

Visitors can also enjoy a digital interactive experience which will highlight Irinox’s commitment towards the environment and sustainability.

Specialising in the production of award-winning chillers, shock freezers and holding cabinets with over 45,000 installations completed around the world, it’s easy to see why an Irinox machine is the ideal choice for discerning chefs.

Visitors to the Alfa Pro stand will be the first to see a number of exciting new ovens and technological innovations, including the updated ‘Quattro Pro’ which will be showcased in a StreetFoody vehicle – proving that a compact, light and easy to use pizza oven can look as good as it cooks (Pavilion3, Stand G53 H52).

Other product highlights include a classic Neapolitan-style oven which is available in a selection of attractive mosaic finishes.

Alfa’s resident chef, Giuseppe Pinto, will add some theatre to the stand in a series of live demonstrations with chefs from all over the world, cooking different types of dough and providing plenty of recipe inspiration.

Rotisol will be showcasing its full range of restaurant and supermarket rotisseries, grab-and-go cabinets and the innovative new Star-Clean rotisserie, which features an assisted cleaning system (Pavilion 2, Stand M32 N23).

Having manufactured rotisseries from its state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Chelles, France, since 1954, Rotisol’s range of theatre-style rotisseries creates the perfect centrepiece for any restaurant. Precise engineering ensures the product is rotated at just the right speed, allowing meat to constantly baste itself, sealing in natural juices while letting additional fat drip off.

Meanwhile, Rosinox will be presenting its impressive line-up at HOST, which includes the exciting new ‘Rosichef Signature’ range featuring touchscreen controls, a contemporary design and robust 30/10 stainless steel construction (Pavilion 7, Stand F37 H38).

Live cooking demonstrations will showcase the Dual Chef – an electric, double kettle cooker capable of performing a wide range of cooking functions; and Optima, a high performance plancha which can heat 100% of the cooking surface to 350°C in just 3 minutes 45 seconds.

The Vitamix team will be staging demonstrations throughout HOST so there’s sure to be some delicious samples to enjoy.
