Fryer maker Henny Penny will be presenting its world-class range of open fryers, pressure fryers and holding cabinets, including the Evolution Elite open fryer which uses 40% less oil than traditional open fryers (Pavilion 2, Stand H16 L15).
There will also be another chance to preview the revolutionary F5 series – designed with the very latest innovative, connected technology to deliver outstanding results. Henny Penny representatives will be on hand to explain the training and technical support which is available through distributors like Jestic.
Product highlights of the stand will include the latest HJA range which promises enhanced features and additional end-user benefits, including faster cooking times and a cooler working environment. Having led the charcoal oven market for more than 50 years, Josper ovens are widely specified within the industry due to the unrivalled flavour, moisture and texture they bring to a full range of menu items.

Alfa’s resident chef, Giuseppe Pinto, will add some theatre to the stand in a series of live demonstrations with chefs from all over the world, cooking different types of dough and providing plenty of recipe inspiration.
Rotisol will be showcasing its full range of restaurant and supermarket rotisseries, grab-and-go cabinets and the innovative new Star-Clean rotisserie, which features an assisted cleaning system (Pavilion 2, Stand M32 N23).
