Kitchen house TAG Catering Equipment is set to launch a new customer management system that will mark a new era for the business.
Following significant investment since early 2021, the system will go live on Tuesday 7 December 2021.
For the first time, the system will be completely cloud-based giving greater flexibility for its teams, as well as combining its field service management and projects departments into one unified system.
The system will enable it to provide customers with the most efficient and transparent service for all breakdown call-outs, maintenance agreements and project works, it stated.
As a fully-integrated, cloud-based system, its back office, engineer tablets and client portal is the same system, giving customers access to live information on a 24-7 basis.
Features of the new system will include QR code labelling for assets, a customer portal with unique user logins, online callout and quote requests and full quote, call-out and job tracking.
It will also encompass asset, order and invoice management, an improved user interface and more efficient workflows.
