This year Klipspringer has two entries in Commercial Kitchen’s Innovation Challenge.
One of these is the FOM330 food oil management solution, which is designed to improve food quality and consistency, while also reducing cooking oil costs.
Its portfolio includes measuring and monitoring solutions, colour coding, hygiene ‘compliant’ storage and visual management.
Well-known brands such as McDonald’s, Five Guys, Wagamama, Wasabi, Domino’s and major commercial contract caterers have already chosen to work with Klipspringer.
Klipspringer is exhibiting on stand B51.
