Lewis Hamilton-backed plant-based burger chain debuts Camden restaurant

Neat Burger, Camden

Neat Burger, a plant-based and sustainable burger chain with Formula One star Lewis Hamilton’s backing, has announced the opening of its second restaurant.

The company, which calls itself the “world’s first plant-based sustainable burger chain”, has expanded into Camden Market after debuting in Mayfair last year.

Neat Burger, already in partnership with Deliveroo, will offer delivery and takeaway from the new Camden store, which is open 10am-8pm, seven days a week.

Neat Burger is backed by six-time Formula One World Champion Lewis Hamilton, in collaboration with hospitality organisation The Cream Group, and UNICEF Ambassador and early backer of Beyond Meat, Tommaso Chiabra.

The dine-in restaurant is a 500-square-foot property and boasts a “cool”, plant-inspired design.

Jordan Rocca, co-founder of Neat Burger, said: “Camden Market is the ideal location from which to expand the brand. As the world’s first plant-based sustainable burger chain, we are committed to championing environmental sustainability and playing our part in positively impacting the environment.

“We are thrilled to have opened our latest restaurant in a location and with a landlord that shares our ethos, and look forward to welcoming visitors to enjoy our delicious plant-based burgers.”
