British catering equipment manufacturer Lincat has confirmed that it will exhibit at Commercial Kitchen, the new industry trade show taking place this summer.
The Lincolnshire firm is among a handful of catering equipment companies that have been added to the roster in recent weeks.
Quintex, Fire and Ice Catering, Polyflor and Regale Microwave Ovens have also joined the founding exhibitor line-up for the show on 7-8 June.
Helen Applewhite, marketing manager at Lincat, said the Commercial Kitchen would be an ideal opportunity for it to introduce two new product lines: the Opus 800 range of heavy duty prime cooking equipment and its new generation of FilterFlow water boilers.
“It’s great that there is a new, dedicated exhibition for our sector and we are very much looking forward to it,” she said.
With visitor registration now open, leading equipment purchasers and specifiers from across the foodservice sector have been quick to signal their intention to attend, according to organisers Diversified Communications.
Among them are representatives from restaurants, pubs, hotels, food-to-go outlets, schools, universities, hospitals, prisons, leisure attractions and venues, and install companies.
“Commercial Kitchen will provide an exciting opportunity for our visitors to engage with some of the most influential brands within the sector – bringing the whole catering equipment industry together at the major annual show this industry deserves,” said group event director Chris Brazier.
