Lincat confirmed this morning that it now has availability of Synergy Grills branded with its own badge following a landmark licensing partnership between the two companies.
As revealed exclusively by FEJ last month, the collaboration provides operators with pioneering technology combined with a suited chargrill solution for their kitchen.
Lincat said it has seen “unprecedented” pre-sale demand for the multi-patented Synergy Grill, which it has been training sales staff on over the past month.
As a result of the tie-up, Lincat has added two new chargrills, incorporating the Synergy Grill technology, to its Opus 800 series, available in 600mm and 900mm widths.
Helen Applewhite, marketing manager at Lincat, said: “Synergy Grill has never before allowed its British-made, advanced grill technology to be used by another company, until now. Since we announced the partnership in January and unveiled plans for our new grills, we’ve seen unprecedented demand for them and experienced strong pre-order sales.
“Our unique collaboration with Synergy Grill ensures that customers, who aspire to a suited look and feel within the kitchen, can now upgrade to what is widely seen as the future of commercial cooking. The grill has become, for many, an essential part of quality food delivery and we are delighted to be able to offer it within our Opus 800 Series.”
The grill’s advanced vapourising technology helps to produce succulent food by retaining high levels of flavour and moisture.
Fat is atomised during the cooking process and turned into dust, which is simply vacuumed at the end of service. This removes the need for fat trays and provides quick and easy cleaning, and a safer kitchen environment.
