In a bid to support its customer base, pizza equipment specialist Linda Lewis Kitchens has announced it will be launching a catalogue of cooking masterclasses in 2018.
The classes, which will be led by LLK’s development chef Fabio Aurelio, who joined the pizza professionals in September, will be hosted at the company’s headquarters in Oldham.
The courses, which vary depending on level of culinary experience, will cover all areas from creating the dough, to cooking pizzas in the right oven for the customer’s operation.
While the customers have the option to request a custom course tailored to their specifications, LLK offers one and two-day courses as well as shorter slots to top up knowledge in a specific area.
The one-day course has been laid on to support beginners who are looking to learn the basics, while the two-day pizza masterclass has been specially designed for pizza professionals who wish to get a more in-depth knowledge of the world of pizza.
