Marco Beverage Systems expands range of fonts in response to operator demand

FRIIA undercounter beverage system

Marco Beverage Systems has released a series of new fonts for its undercounter FRIIA system that will provide operators with further flexibility when serving beverages.

Calls from customers to include cold or cold/sparkling-only variants have grown since it was launched in October last year.

In addition to this, the increasing use of personal water bottles meant that higher fonts were required to meet consumer demand.

The new range includes a cold-only version and cold / sparkling version (both with two font heights – a 247mm tap to tray and 305mm tap to tray) as well as a hot/cold version and cold-only hands-free version (both with a single font height of 247mm tap to tray).

Marco said the hands-free variant, which will be launched in the New Year, had been driven by a need for businesses to adapt to new safety and hygiene requirements in the wake of Covid-19.

Marco’s original FRIIA Hot/Cold/Sparkling and plus variants are also still available.

The compact, modular undercounter system incorporates a water chiller and, in the hot/cold variants, a MIX water boiler.

The undercounter chiller incorporates aluminium block technology to chill incoming water by an average of 10˚C and the boiler contains a vacuum insulated tank to ensure temperature accuracy and energy efficiency.

The updated designs remain in keeping with Marco’s status as a leader in design and space-saving innovations.

The latest fonts still have a sleek, brushed metal finish and premium LED feature, while continuing to deliver the classic clean, uncluttered, minimal counter aesthetic.
