MARKET TALK: Consultant body’s independent vision, kitchen design during a supply crisis and setting up a UK subsidiary

Mr Bentley is co-founder of the newly-launched Independent Foodservice & Hospitality Consultants (IFHC) consortium.

He discusses how the organisation intends to promote the use of professional design and management consultants in all aspects of the hospitality industry, and gives his view on the ways in which equipment supply challenges are impacting kitchen design.

Mr Gibson, meanwhile, outlines the steps that Retigo has taken to expand its presence in the UK and details the infrastructure it has put in place to provide customers with immediate access to product.

He also explains why a strategic decision to invest in its Czech production facility during the height of the pandemic is now paying dividends for the business globally.
