MARKET TALK: Remote working, furlough challenges and cooking trends post-Covid 19

FEJ and its sister title Catering Insight have launched a joint video series called ‘Market Talk’, which explores some of the recent stories covered on our digital platforms in more depth.

In episode 4, we catch up with Simon Caprmael, newly-appointed managing director of Sprint Group and Richard Acton, operations director at Charvet Premier Ranges.

Mr Carpmael reveals what it was like taking on a senior management role within the catering equipment service industry at this unprecedented time and how Sprint is responding to the needs of customers, while Mr Acton explains what it was like dealing with Charvet’s French manufacturing facility during the lockdown and how the crisis might affect future cooking trends.
