MARKET TALK: The art of narrowing menus, reopening pub kitchens safely and equipment to suit outdoor dining

Star Pubs has just invested in a comprehensive reopening support package for its 2,500 pubs, including easy-to-deliver food menus. Mr Teed discusses the challenges of preparing for a safe reopening and making sure that managed partners are are able to fire up their kitchens feeling comfortable with the processes they have in place.

Meanwhile, LLK discusses a potential increase in demand for pizza ovens if the anticipated growth in outside dining materialises and outlines some of its own portfolio development ambitions once the market begins to pick up again.
