Marston’s has extended its catering equipment contract with Victor Manufacturing for a further two years.

The pub chain has been buying a wide selection of both front-of-house and back-of-house equipment from the Bradford-based supplier for the past six years.

This includes bespoke kitchen passes and heated drawers, as well as front-of-house carvery counters and associated serveries.

Under the newly-extended contract, Victor will continue to supply these products to the 1,600-strong pub group until 2021.

Colin MacKenzie, head of corporate services procurement at Marston’s, said: “Victor projects itself as an experienced, skilled company capable of listening and adapting its products to meet our requirements.

“The supply of this equipment, coupled with a two-year warranty guarantee, further emphasises our faith in the quality equipment that the Victor team produces.”

Victor celebrates 75 years in business this year and specialises in the manufacture and supply of foodservice equipment to some of the UK’s largest companies and groups. It employs 120 staff over three facilities in Bradford.

Michael Inwood, sales and marketing director at Victor, said: “Having worked with Marston’s for six years supplying a wide range of catering equipment to its pubs, we’re really pleased to have extended our contract until 2021.

“Our ability to manufacture and deliver a host of different products that can be made bespoke to a customer’s needs is something we’re very proud of, and the team at Marston’s has experienced this first-hand.”
