Warewashing supplier Meiko will be showcasing its offering to foodservice operators at the Commercial Kitchen Show, after becoming the latest supplier to confirm its involvement in the event.

It will be Meiko’s first showing at a UK trade event since the retirement of long-serving MD Bill Meiko, and the first since his successor, Paul Anderson, took over.

Mr Anderson said there would be some key themes around its participation. “The Commercial Kitchen show is the ideal event to highlight Meiko UK’s three and five-year “No-Bills” guarantees which have proved such a major hit with professional decision makers, especially in chain operations,”he explained.

“The attraction is obvious; rapid response to breakdown calls combined with added-value warranty ensures that the Meiko customer has no extra bills to pay and no hassle from their dishwashing – because all the risk of warewashing equipment failure is where it should be – back with the manufacturer.”

Meiko plans to outline its GiO Reverse Osmosis water treatment technology, which is available across most of its dishwashers, and showcase its latest food waste vacuum handling solutions, including the compact WasteStar CC.

Additionally, operators will be able to take a closer look at its new UPster rack transport dishwashers featuring integral heat recovery as standard.
