Miele Professional has opened the doors to a new Experience Centre in Edinburgh with the goal of bring the brand closer to customers in Scotland.
The warewashing equipment brand already has two Experience Centres in England – in London and Abingdon – but this will be its first investment north of the border.
Miele said it will enable customers to experience its brand first-hand and get expert advice on products before making a purchase.
Dealers based in Scotland and the north of England that offer its commercial products will be allowed to use the facility to demonstrate equipment to potential customers.
As well as highlighting its capabilities in commercial dishwashing and laundry products with its Little Giants range, the Experience Centre will showcase Miele’s extensive range of domestic appliances.
Eight members of staff will be based at the centre, which will host masterclasses for customers wanting to understand more about its commercial equipment before they purchase.
Simon Venni, UK and Ireland sales manager at Miele Professional, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for both our partners and our customers in Scotland and the North of England to be able to see the Miele Professional products in action and understand what sets us apart from our competition. Having a Miele Experience Centre in the north of the country will positively support our sales team and partner network.”
