Mono Equipment revises warranty terms

Mono Equipment has updated its warranty terms and introduced two-year spare parts cover on all its manufactured products.

The Ali Group-owned outfit is an established provider of bakery, confectionery and foodservice equipment in the UK, operating out of its headquarters in Swansea.

Chris Huish, director of independent sales at the company, said the move would give buyers “complete peace of mind” when specifying its equipment.

“Our extended two-year warranty represents a significant step in the bakery equipment market, not only for the outstanding British quality, reliability and longevity of our equipment, but also being able to provide customers with a guaranteed peace-of-mind when buying from Mono Equipment.”

The extended warranty applies to UK customers and Mono-manufactured products only.

Meanwhile, Mono Equipment recently became the official UK dealer for Italian bakery equipment provider Canol.

Canol sales director, Marco Valenti, confirmed the tie-up, saying: “We at Canol SRL are happy to work with Mono Equipment in the United Kingdom as we have worked together very successfully in the past.’
