Motorway service giant Moto is planning a major overhaul of foodservice facilities across its sites.
Nearly 20 of its sites – almost half of its entire estate – will be getting new additions before the end of the summer as it seeks to bring the best high street brands to the motorway network.
Moto is reportedly set to spend £14m on the food and beverage refresh, which will see some of the leading chains increase their presence at its service stations.
Moto Exeter will be getting a complete site makeover with a new Costa and West Cornwall Pasty Co along with the new additions of Chow Asian Kitchen and Arlo’s Pantry & Kitchen restaurant, which will stand alongside other existing brands.
Its first Drive Thru Costa will open at Reading East at the end of this month while Lancaster North already features a new Greggs, Costa and Arlo’s Pantry & Kitchen restaurant.
New Greggs outlets will open over the next few weeks at Wetherby Kiosk, Donington Park forecourt, Knutsford South forecourt, Woolley Edge North, Frankley South forecourt, Leigh Delamere West forecourt, Hilton Park South, Heston East forecourt.
Moto operates 45 locations throughout the country and employs 5,000 staff.
