Contract and event caterer, Grazing, has invested £400,000 in a new 5,000sq ft production kitchen and tasting space in Bermondsey, south east London.
Situated in two adjoining railway arches, the new base sits next door to the recently opened central production unit and delivery kitchen for Bone Daddies.
Established in 2007 on Great Tower Street in EC3, Grazing has grown from a single café to a multi-site, multi-discipline caterer, specialising in bringing innovative and fun food and service to the traditionally straight-laced London corporate catering scene.
Executive chef, Robbie Lorraine, has designed the new kitchens, using his 20 years of experience as a chef to create a state-of-the-art production facility.
Grazing worked with Genie Interiors and Caterplan on the fit-out of their new unit, installing a range of state-of-the-art equipment from Rational, Falcon, Winterhalter and Foster.
Grazing sold the lease on it old kitchen to start-up restaurant group Clockjack to use as its City delivery hub.
