Neapolitan pizza specialist kicks off 2022 with new sites to extend London footprint

Happy Face Pizza

Neapolitan pizza specialist Happy Face Pizza is opening two new restaurants in London, marking its expansion in the capital.

Following in the footsteps of the 2018 flagship site in Kings Cross and underground Supermax bar, the first of the new sites has now opened in Victoria, followed by a site in northwest London, near Brent Cross Shopping Centre in February 2022.

Happy Face Pizza Victoria is 50-cover, 1200 square foot restaurant located in Eccleston Yards and the similarly-sized restaurant is opening in early February 2022 on Claremont Way, at the front of the new Brent Cross Town.

Both restaurants will offer Happy Face’s signature Neapolitan pizza, created using a 72-hour fermented dough for a lighter and easier to digest crust.

Executive chef Mario Mastrangelo has developed a concise menu of Neapolitan-style pizzas, including vegan and gluten-free options. Prices start from £7.50.

Dominic Lake, co-founder of Happy Face Pizza, said: “Following the success of our flagship in Kings Cross, we are excited to be bringing our pizzas to Victoria and Brent Cross. We offer seriously good pizza, at an accessible price point, and look forward to establishing both our restaurants as part of their respective neighbourhoods.”

Happy Face Pizza plans to open a further two sites in London neighbourhood locations in 2022.
